The Birth of Beverage Bin 

In the summer of 2018, Chef Sean was in the kitchen, finishing up his daily batch of sauce and stock. When it was time to strain and refine, he reached for his trusted China cap and strainer—only to find them missing.

After searching, he found the China cap at the server’s station, sitting on top of a bucket collecting leftover drinks, melted ice, and oyster platter remains. A few minutes later, the strainer turned up at the bar—doing the same job, catching leftover cocktails.

Shaking his head, Chef Sean turned to the bartender and said, “You need a bin for beverages!”

That moment sparked an idea. He took the strainer, walked away, and started brainstorming. Beverage + Bin = WALA! Beverage Bin. The next day, he sketched the design, drafted an NDA, and contacted manufacturers.

After six months of back-and-forth, Beverage Bin was born. A simple idea turned into a game-changing solution that continues to grow and expand around the globe.
