Built From A Problem Professionals Faced Every Day
The Birth of an Idea : Summer 2018
The Breaking Point
The Missing China Cap
In the heat of a packed kitchen during the summer of 2018, Chef Sean was in his rhythm; sauces reducing, stocks perfecting, service moving at full speed. It was the kind of shift where every second mattered.
Then came the moment. Time to strain.

The Kitchen Was Moving Fast
Stocks simmering. Sauces reducing. Orders flying.
Then Everything Stopped
The tools he needed were gone.
The China Cap?
At the server station collecting melted ice and unfinished drinks.
The Strainer?
At the bar catching cocktail scraps it was never designed for.
That’s When It Clicked
The industry had no efficient way to separate liquid waste from ice, garnish, and debris during fast-paced service.

From Sketch To Solution

2019
🛠 Early Sketches & Prototypes
What started as a frustrating kitchen moment quickly turned into an obsession to build something better. Early concepts were sketched by hand, tested, redesigned, and rebuilt again and again. The goal was simple: create a dedicated beverage disposal system designed specifically for fast-paced commercial environments.

🧪 Testing During Uncertain Times
As development continued, the world suddenly changed. COVID-19 brought the hospitality industry to a standstill; bars closed, restaurants slowed, and uncertainty hit every corner of the industry. But instead of stopping the vision, it reinforced the need for cleaner, more efficient operational systems.
Even during one of the most difficult periods for hospitality, prototypes continued to be refined, tested, and improved through real-world feedback and relentless persistence. What could have ended the idea instead became part of what strengthened it.
