Everything you need to set up your Beverage Bin, keep it running every shift and get help fast.
Set up in
60 seconds.
Do it once and do it right. The wheels stay in for good.
01Stack
Set the top compartment into the bottom compartment.
02Tip it
Lay the bin on its side so you can reach the wheel sockets.
03Wrap
Wrap compression tape around each wheel stem until it fits snug in the socket.
04Press
Push each wheel in until it is fully seated.
05Tug test
Pull every wheel. If it moves, add a wrap and press it in again.
06Stand it up
Lock the two locking wheels, put the lid on and hand-tighten the spigot.
What’s in the box
Empty in
10 seconds.
Roll it. Twist it. Drain it. You never have to lift it full.
Dump
Drinks, ice and garnish go in through the lid. Solids stay up top.
Watch
The Liquid Level Reader on the front shows when it is time to empty.
Roll
Unlock the wheels and roll it to your drain.
Twist
Open the spigot. It empties right where it stands.
Rinse
Lift off the lid and top compartment, rinse both and put it back together.

How much compression tape goes on each wheel?
Every box comes with a full roll. It varies a little from wheel to wheel, so go by fit rather than a count: wrap until the stem fits snug in the socket, press it in, then tug it. If it moves, add a wrap.
A wheel feels loose or came out. What do I do?
Pull it out, add another wrap of tape, press it back in until it is fully seated and do the tug test. If it still won’t hold, email info@beveragebins.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll sort it out.
Do I need to take the wheels off to clean it?
No. Once they are in, the wheels stay in. Just lift off the lid and top compartment to rinse.
Which wheels lock?
Two of the four twin-wheel casters lock. Press the tab down to lock and lift it to release. Lock them whenever the bin is in service.
How do I know when it’s time to empty it?
Check the Liquid Level Reader, the clear window on the front. When the liquid gets near the top of the window, roll it to the drain.
How do I empty it?
Roll it to a floor drain or sink area, open the spigot and let it drain. You never need to lift it full.
The spigot is dripping. How do I fix it?
Hand-tighten it and check that the washer is sitting flat. If it still drips, email info@beveragebins.com with your order number and a photo.

Can I put ice and garnish in it?
Yes. Ice, fruit and garnish stay in the top compartment while the liquid drains through to the bottom.
