Setup
& Care.
Everything you need to set up your Beverage Bin, keep it running every shift and get help fast.

Set it up once.
Done for good.
Seven steps, the same order as the video. Do it once and do it right, and the wheels stay put.
01Check the box
Lid, top tub, tank, four casters (two of them lock), the drain plug and a roll of compression tape.
02Wrap the tape
Wrap tape around the tip of each caster stem. Go by fit, not by count: keep wrapping until it fits snug in the socket.
03Press & tug
Lay the tank on its side. Push each caster in until it’s fully seated, then give it a firm tug.
04Locks together
Both locking casters go on the same end. Either end works. The two regular casters go on the other end.
05Drain plug
It ships with the nut and both washers on. Take off the nut and the inside washer, push the plug through from the outside, then put the washer and nut back on inside, hand-tight.
06Stack it
Stand the tank up on its wheels. Set the top tub on, then the lid.
07Lock to serve
Press the tabs down to lock the wheels while it’s in service. Lift them when you want to roll it.
Wheel feels loose?
Pull it out, add another wrap and press it back in. Don’t skip the tape. Without it the wheel slides right out. Once it passes the tug test it stays put.
What’s in the box
Roll it.
Drain it.
Roll it to your drain, open the drain plug and let it run. You never have to lift it full.
Dump
Drinks, ice and garnish go in through the lid. Solids stay up top.
Watch
The Liquid Level Reader on the front shows when it is time to empty.
Roll
Unlock the wheels and roll it to your drain.
Open
Open the drain plug and let the liquid run out at the drain.
Rinse
Lid and top tub off, solids in the trash. Spray or rinse it out with water, that’s the everyday clean. For a deep clean, take the four wheels off and run the whole bin through a commercial dish machine.

How much compression tape goes on each wheel?
Every box comes with a full roll. It varies a little from wheel to wheel, so go by fit rather than a count: wrap until the stem fits snug in the socket, press it in, then tug it. If it moves, add a wrap.
A wheel feels loose or came out. What do I do?
Pull it out, add another wrap of tape, press it back in until it is fully seated and do the tug test. If it still won’t hold, email support@beveragebins.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll sort it out.
Do I need to take the wheels off to clean it?
Not for everyday cleaning. Just lift off the lid and top compartment and rinse. For a deep clean in a commercial dish machine, take the four wheels off first, then press them back in with the compression tape.
Which wheels lock?
Two of the four twin-wheel casters lock. Put both of them on the same end when you set it up. Press the tab down to lock and lift it to release. Lock them whenever the bin is in service.
How do I know when it’s time to empty it?
Check the Liquid Level Reader, the clear window on the front. When the liquid gets near the top of the window, roll it to the drain.
How do I empty it?
Roll it to a floor drain or sink area, open the drain plug and let it drain. You never need to lift it full.
The drain plug is dripping. How do I fix it?
Hand-tighten it and check that the washer is sitting flat. If it still drips, email support@beveragebins.com with your order number and a photo.
Something is missing from my box.
Sorry about that. Email support@beveragebins.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived and we’ll get it to you.
Can I put ice and garnish in it?
Yes. Ice, fruit and garnish stay in the top compartment while the liquid drains through to the bottom.
