Why the Beverage Bin
What it replaces and where it earns its keep on a busy floor.
That instinct is exactly right, and it’s where the Beverage Bin came from. This is the built version of that setup: 21 gallons in the bottom reservoir, a fixed perforated separator, four casters with two that lock, and a drain plug so it empties where it stands. There’s nothing to rinse and nothing to buy or replace.
Bars, nightclubs, lounges, restaurants, breweries, taprooms, hotels, banquet halls, event venues, catering, mobile and pop-up bars, food trucks, festivals, stadiums, casinos, offices, schools and churches all put it to work. Anywhere drinks get served and need disposing of, it belongs. It’s strongest wherever there’s no sink in reach.
A sink works well when it’s close by. The Beverage Bin’s whole point is mobility, it goes to the mess instead of the mess coming to the sink, and it keeps your wells free during a rush. It earns its keep hardest where there’s no plumbed dump sink in reach at all, so mobile bars, events, food trucks, banquet floors and poolside.
A trash can collects. The Beverage Bin separates. Ice, straws, garnish and fruit stay up top while the liquid passes through into the bottom reservoir, so your bags don’t soak through and nobody hauls a dripping tub anywhere.
Size, Fit and Build

It stands 36 inches overall, a 33 inch body on 3 inch casters, so it sits right at waist height. The footprint is roughly 14 to 16 inches by 8 to 10 inches, so it lives happily at the end of the bar. And it rolls, so it goes to the mess instead of holding down a fixed spot all night.
It’s heavy-duty industrial-grade HDPE, high-density polyethylene. We chose it for strength, leak resistance and impact resistance, and it finishes clean and elegant. The separator is perforated HDPE too, colour-matched to the body, and it’s fixed in place with no moving parts.
It’s 15 pounds empty, so one person moves it without help. You never carry it full though, that’s exactly what the four casters and the drain plug are for. Roll it to where you want it, open the plug and it empties where it stands.
It rides on four casters and two of them lock, so it stays put through a rush and rolls the moment service slows down. At waist height with a 14 to 16 inch by 8 to 10 inch footprint it sits out of the traffic. Set the locks and it stays exactly where you put it.
Cleaning and Care
End of shift, every shift.
It’s the same as any bar tub. Drain it and rinse it at close and nothing sits overnight. The HDPE is smooth and there are no filters anywhere, so there’s nothing in there holding onto residue.
Open the drain plug to empty it, then rinse both compartments. The HDPE is smooth and there are no filters, so there’s nothing to trap anything. The lid lifts right off and the compartments come apart, so you can reach every surface.
How It Works and Setup

You never lift it full. There’s a built-in drain plug at the bottom, so you roll it where you want it, open the plug and it empties right where it stands. The top compartment lifts out so the solids go straight into the trash. Two of the four casters lock, so it holds still while you work.
The Beverage Bin has two compartments. You dump drinks through the opening in the removable lid, and a fixed perforated HDPE panel holds the solids so ice, straws, garnish and fruit stay up top while the liquid passes into the bottom reservoir. There are no filters anywhere, so there’s nothing to buy, rinse or swap out mid-shift. A clear Liquid Level Reader on the front shows you exactly where it stands.

In the box you get the bottom compartment, the top compartment, the lid, the caster wheels, compression tape and an assembly manual. You insert the top into the bottom, wrap the compression tape around each caster and press it in, drop the lid on and you’re done. That’s the whole build.
